You'll need a valid driver's licence, passport or Singapore NRIC, and a credit card for the security deposit. International visitors should have an International Driving Permit along with their home country licence. All documents must be presented in person at the start of your rental period.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability, particularly for weekend and holiday periods. For Open-Air Touring Roadsters during the dry season (January to March), consider booking a week ahead. Same-day bookings may be possible depending on fleet availability.

Yes, comprehensive insurance is included in all our rental rates. This covers collision damage and third-party liability within Singapore. An excess applies to claims, which can be reduced or waived with an optional daily supplement. We can discuss coverage details when you make your reservation.

Our rental agreements are designed for use within Singapore only. Cross-border travel to Malaysia requires advance approval and additional documentation. We can arrange this for you with reasonable notice, including the necessary customs permits and insurance coverage extensions. Additional fees apply for international use.

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. For hybrid vehicles in the Corporate Green Fleet, we manage charging between bookings at no additional cost to you. Fuel receipts from your rental period will be inspected upon return to ensure compliance with this policy.

Any damage should be reported to us as soon as possible. The comprehensive insurance covers most damage scenarios, subject to the excess amount. We conduct a thorough inspection before and after each rental to document the vehicle's condition. Minor wear and tear from normal use is expected and will not result in charges.
